The champion's belt will be presented to Phoenix Petroleum Phils., Pagcor, NIS Motors Corp., Rockspec Gears, Davao Bayan Construction and Hardware Supply Inc. executives and to Davao City mayor Sara and vice mayor Rodrigo Duterte, all major supporters of the Red Knight.

The World Kickboxing Federation KI super welterweight (146 lbs.) belt is at stake on October 1 at the Chi Lodge Dubai, UAE that is both eyed by Davao’s Steve “Red Knight” Grandeza and Al Haddad “Van Damme” Okine of Ghana.

The Red Knight is supported by Phoenix Petroleum Phils., Pagcor, NIS Motors Corp., Rockspec Gears, Davao Bayan Construction & Hardware Supply Inc., Davao City mayor Sara and vice mayor Rodrigo Duterte.

Phoenix Petroleum Phils.Inc.-backed Moo Duk Kwan Davao ready

Phoenix Petroleum Phils. Inc. president Dennis Uy has backed the Philippine Moo Duk Kwan-Soo Bahk Do Davao Team that is entered in the Ultimate Strikers 5 on July 24 at the SM Bicutan in Paranaque.
PPPI corporate affairs and facilities manager for Visayas-Mindanao Beethoven Sur, who represented Uy, met with martial artists Steve Grandeza, Rudy Tacogue and Carlo Laude during a courtesy call at the Phoenix Petroleum Depot Office. Absent in the photo session are head coach Edgar Allan Paulino, assistant coaches Bryan Grandeza and Jojo Gatmaitan.
The team leaves for Paranaque on July 22.
President Dennis Uy has not wavered in supporting outstanding athletes in Mindanao.
