Outstanding driver JP Tuason came to Davao not just to promote Goodyear tires, the Ford GT and the Tuason Racing School but batted on the use of coco-diesel and bio fuels.
“It is not only good to the environment but good for your cars,” he said on Saturday’s Goodyear media rountable at the Marco Polo Hotel Davao.
Tuason, who started racing at 13 years old, said that their racing school will soon conduct workshops for college students to make them responsible drivers, starting first in the National Capital Region, and soon in Davao.
But more than just teaching, the Tuason Racing School, established just this year, hopes to produce the first Filipino driver champ in F1 races.
“That’s our goal, really,” said Tuason.
Davao’s Mike Servitech managed by Girald Ching, on the other hand, will be the venue of the free workshop for female motorists under the “Women with Drive” promo of Goodyear.
The workshop is set in October at Mike Servitech located in Km.7, Lanang, infront of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Office.

Goodyear Philippines president and managing director David Morin talks to the media during the Goodyear Media Roundtable at the Marco Polo Hotel Davao on Saturday.
The Ford GT uses only Goodyear tires. Why? Because Goodyear’s core value is safety. Goodyear general manager for marketing Ramon Barredo said that this machine can take you from Davao City to Cagayan de Oro City in just one hour! Great!
