Running guru in Davao for series of talks on Sept.3

In line with the adidas King of Davao Run on September 4, RunClub has
invited one of Manila’s running gurus, Hector Yuzon to give a series of talks
on September 3 (Saturday) from 3:30-5PM. Yuzon will be at RunClub Davao
to talk about training regimes for half and full marathon.

Yuzon is a well-known ultra-marathoner who started running seriously
early in 2000. Yuzon and his group started with mountain biking. He liked
the endurance sport triathlon when he and his friends registered for a
sprint distance triathlon event to test themselves. From then on, Yuzon got
hooked to running and took it off seriously. Yuzon has become a popular
name in conducting running clinics and talks on running footwear and
equipment. He is one of the select Filipino runners who got qualified for the
2010 LA marathon.

Aside from being an active runner, Yuzon regularly blogs about running
and also is a long time contributor to the Pinoy Ultra Runners website. He
used to work for Nike Philippines and is now the president of Manila’s first
running specialty store, Second Wind.

Yuzon’s talks on September 3 is open to participants of adidas King of
Davao Run on limited basis. Only 30 slots are available. It is free and
reservations are on first-come first-serve basis. RunClub is located at Plaza
