Format of the tournament is single round robin.  Semi – finals will be the # 1 team vs # 4 team and #2 team vs # 3 team in terms of points earned during the games. The winners of these two (2) semi – finals games will vie for the championship and gain the right to represent Davao FA in the Southern Mindanao cluster of PFF – Smart Club Championships being organized by the Philippine Football Federation between April 1 – 30.
