Congratulations to MBS3 organizers, winners

I wanted so much to attend the 3rd Mindanao Bloggers Summit in the “chada” city of Cagayan de Oro which will also give me a chance to visit my siblings who are temporarily based in Iligan City because of their studies at the Mindanao State University.

But the tournaments in Davao City have prevented me again to join the gathering of the members of the Fifth Estate.

I would like to congratulate the organizers of the MBS3 and the CDO bloggers for the successful event.

Special mention to Avel Manansala of Gen.Santos City for emerging one of the winners.

Congratulations!

Two games set in Inday Sara Cup on Tuesday

The Inday Sara Cup resumes on Tuesday afternoon featuring the Bong Go-led City Mayor’s Office against the Cocoy Zozobrado-headed Land Transportation Office at 5 p.m. and General Services Office against the Sangguniang Panlungsod at 6:30 p.m. at the Davao City Recreation Center.

During the opening day on Saturday, vice mayor Sara Duterte welcomed the eight teams that are seeing action in the competition.

The IBP Lawyers of Mans Carpio drew first blood by beating the Dado Mahipus-spearheaded SP, 112-107 while the CMO spilled the Davao City Water District, 128-108 and the Muslim All-Stars of SK head Halila Sudagar defeated the General Services Office of Oying Melodias, 105-97.

The next day, IBP continued its winning ways by stopping the Land Transportation Office and the CMO bested the All-Stars in the other game.
