FS Dizon Charity Golf tees off on Saturday

The 1st F.S. Dizon Charity Golf Tournament tees off on Saturday at the world-class Rancho Palos Golf and Country Club.
Around 200 golfers are joining the tournament organized to benefit Davao Medical Center, Maharlika Charity Foundation, Missionary Sisters of Charity and Balay Pasilungan.
Jose “Joe” Marfori, who served as tournament spokesman for the family of the late Don Francisco “Paco” Dizon, said that they hope to raise P1 million.
Attractive prizes are up for grabs including P1 million as hole-in-one prize.
“We do not have any designated hole for the P1 million,” said Marfori.
He said that they intend to continue the tournament and keep on supporting the four organizations, which are the favorites of the late Don Paco.
“When he was still alive, he allocates funds for the four organizations. The family would like to continue his work,” said Marfori, who is married to Bebot Dizon, Don Paco’s daughter.
