PNP-SAF trounces TFD, 107-84

5 p.m.- Police Regional Office XI vs. Davao City Police Office
6:30 p.m.- PNP-Special Action Force vs. Regional Mobile Group
8 p.m.- Philippine Air Force vs. Bureau of Jail Management and Penology
9:30 p.m.- City Mayor’s Office vs. Philippine Navy

The PNP-Special Action Force trounced the Task Force Davao, 107-84 in the Mayor Rodrigo R. Duterte and Vice Mayor Sara Z. Duterte-AFP/PNP Basketball Tournament, Sunday night (November 23), at the Brgy.5-A gym.

The PNP-SAF registered its third victory against one loss while the TFD absorbed its sixth loss.

In the other games, the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology defeated the Coast Guard, 106-75 for its second win in four outings while the PCG suffered its fifth setback.

The City Mayor’s Office (1-3) also suffered its first loss in four games in the hands of the Regional Mobile Group (4-0), 97-98 while the 22nd Light Armor Company (3-1) beat the Air Force (1-3), 116-96.

Games will resume on Wednesday, November 26, the Police Regional Office against the Davao City Police Office at 5 p.m., PNP-SAF against the Regional Mobile Group at 6:30 p.m., Air Force against the Bureau of Jail and the City Mayor’s Office against the Navy at 9:30 p.m.
