When I arrived at the Ateneo de Davao University, Councilor Angging Librado was a fiery student leader and the able assistant of Neilwin Joseph Bravo at the Atenews.
When Neil finished college, Angging became its next editor in chief.
Naturally, issues that concerns the Ateneans were taken up by the student paper.
